Porsche People
There are many photographs of Porsche. Galerie Roschlaub and CAPITIS Studios, in collaboration with author Bastian Fuhrmann, are showing for the first time works that tell the stories of the people behind the sports car cult. Whether early black-and-white photographs taken shortly after the company's founding, private pictures of James Dean, which are being exhibited for the first time as fine art prints after extensive restoration work by the Japanese Seita Ohnishi Collection, close-up moments from the Le Mans pit lane, or portraits of the company founders themselves: each work speaks of a deep passion for the brand and presents it in a new light.
The international exhibition presents works by Alexander Babic, Frank Kayser, Anatol Kotte, Theodor Barth, Chris Labrooy, André Lotterer, Edward Quinn, Sanford H. Roth, Amy Shore, Hans Truöl and many others.
