Daniel Kothenschulte is an author, curator, and lecturer in film and art history. He has had a particular fondness for animated films since seeing The Jungle Book at the age of three. He works as a film critic for the Frankfurter Rundschau and has taught at various universities. He is the author of The Walt Disney Film Archives and Walt Disney 's Mickey Mouse.
