CELEBRITIES LOOK AT CELEBRITY PHOTOS
Rotherbaum - Peter Maffay, David Garrett, Helene Fischer - they're all in cahoots!
A grey wool blanket, to be precise. And Bob Leinders photographed her there – his photos have been on display at Kirsten Roschlaub's gallery at Mittelweg 21 since yesterday. "I'm totally impressed by how expressive each one is," said the gallery owner.
Leinder's idea behind it: "I photographed stars and ordinary people. The ceiling shows that we are all the same."
Til Schweiger (52), a friend of Leinders, also attended the opening of "Covered - The Story of a Blanket." The Dutch photographer had, in fact, wrapped him up in his blanket. "I know Bob through my ex-girlfriend Svenja. We're friends. And he's my neighbor here in Hamburg," explained Schweiger, who, fittingly, wore a gray sweater. "But it doesn't itch like his Swiss military blanket," the film star added with a wink.
The impressive pictures are available for 790 euros.
Leinders has portrayed 180 people so far.
